Strong experience with Jenkins pipelines, Expertise in containerization (Docker), Familiarity with Windows and Linux build environments, Experience with GitHub migration and Git workflows, Knowledge of artifact management tools such as Nexus, Artifactory, Hands-on experience with release management processes for multi-application environments, Familiarity with DevOps lifecycle tools (Jira, SonarQube, security scanners), Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash), Understanding of CI/CD best practices and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible), Fluent Polish, Proficient in written and verbal English (working in the international environment), Ability to work at least 3 days a week from our office in Gliwice, Strong organizational and planning skills for managing multiple releases, Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, Experience with cloud-based CI/CD (AWS), Experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD and Helm, Knowledge of SOC2 compliance or other security standards, Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus and Grafana), Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a similar technical University degree
