We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage a highly scalable, secure, and observable platform ecosystem. You will work with a modern technology stack to support mission-critical workloads and enable continuous delivery for development teams. Key ResponsibilitiesAutomate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure and applications using Ansible, Terraform, and HelmImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, and ArgoCDEnsure zero-downtime deployments, scalability, and resilience through automationStandardize and automate release processes, including branching and tagging strategiesCollaborate with product teams to gather feedback and align on best practicesEnforce security standards using SAST/DAST tools (SonarQube, Veracode, Trivy, Syft)Maintain base UBI images and ensure regular application of security patchesSet up alerting and dashboards for proactive detection and resolution of performance issuesIntegrate HashiCorp Vault with OpenShift for secrets and credential managementEnforce least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC) across the platformSupport vulnerability scanning, patching, and compliance automationAnalyze platform performance and implement optimization strategies for scalingTroubleshoot issues across networking, infrastructure, CI/CD, and application layersWork closely with developers and testers to support CI/CD automation, testing, and environment readiness Required Skills & Experience4–8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Platform EngineerHands-on experience with OpenShift (Kubernetes) - deployments, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshootingExperience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, ArgoCD) and related automationStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or HelmExperience managing databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MinIO, ElasticsearchFamiliarity with messaging middleware: Solace, Confluent KafkaExperience with monitoring/observability tools: ELK Stack, Prometheus, GrafanaProficiency in scripting and automation: Bash, Python, Go, YAMLStrong understanding of Linux system administration and networking fundamentalsExperience with Nginx and Squid for networking Preferred Qualifications & AttributesExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) integrated with OpenShiftUnderstanding of microservices architectures and service mesh (e.g., Istio)Exposure to performance testing, load balancing, and capacity planningKnowledge of GitOps frameworks (ArgoCD)Security best practices for cloud-native platformsCertifications in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or HashiCorp VaultStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPassion for automation, continuous improvement, and reliabilityAbility to work in agile, fast-paced, cross-functional teamsOwnership-driven and proactive in troubleshooting and optimization What’s in it for you?
