Proven experience in building and maintaining complex Design Systems (foundations, components, and documentation), Strong portfolio highlighting your systematic thinking and Design System projects (case studies showing "how it works," not just "how it looks"), Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like variables, auto-layout, nested components, and library management, Deep understanding of UX principles and a user-centered mindset to ensure system components are functional and intuitive, Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially developers, Excellent English skills (B2 level or higher) for clear documentation and seamless communication, Availability from 20 - 40 hours per week (B2B contract only)
