Doradca obsługi klienta DeLonghi (język węgierski) – przyjmowanie i obsługa zgłoszeń telefonicznych, czatu i formularzy, rozpatrywanie reklamacji, wsparcie techniczne, sprzedaż dodatkowa. Wymagane C1/C2 węgierski, B2 angielski, doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta, znajomość CRM i MS Office. Lokalizacja: Katowice (PL).
C1/C2-level proficiency in Hungarian language, both written & verbal, B2 English language skills, Proven experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within consumer products, Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms (e.g CRM, WebChat, Review Sites), Competence in Microsoft Office, Ability to empathize with customers while maintaining an objective perspective, Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle queries quickly and efficiently, Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to support colleagues, High school graduate or similar, Previous experience in customer service with or in a Contact Centre, Experience in complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction, Familiarity with Social Media and/or E-Commerce platforms, Experience in cross-selling or up-selling product, Interested in new technologies such as AI
