At least 5 years of experience on complex projects across countries or regions., Understanding of banking, financial services, and/or shared services organizations., Proven experience in delivering significant change and collaborating with stakeholders in multiple locations., Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies; working knowledge of Jira and Confluence., Self-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure., Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including virtual meeting facilitation., Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability., Experience in project tracking, reporting, and governance., Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools., Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince2, Agile PM) are an advantage.
