The team is an integral part of the organisation responsible for governing and commercializing our data. What You'll Do:Client Support & EngagementProactively work with clients to understand their problems and develop solutions to ensure their data needs are metIntegrate customer feedback into the Lukka Product development lifecycleLeverage business knowledge of the crypto asset ecosystem to support clients who are new to the spaceTroubleshoot customer issuesProduct Management & Platform SupportImprove on existing operational processesDefine requirements with technology teams to enhance the platform and data delivery mechanismsResearch new crypto trends and events for product expansionData AnalysisMaintain the accuracy of Lukka’s data productsAggregate data, design methodology to normalize data, and enrich data gapsAssess various sources of crypto reference data and determine data qualityMonitor daily processes to ensure complete and accurate data throughout our entire ecosystemDefine new process improvement opportunitiesWhat You'll Need:A university degree, ideally in an analytical field (engineering, mathematics, accounting, finance, computer science etc)3 to 5 years of professional work experience Previous experience in a customer-facing roleA positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiativeExperience with crypto assets or a demonstrated intellectual curiosity to learn more about crypto assetsStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyData / BI Tools are a plus (sql, python, excel)Previous experience in financial services or crypto assets is preferred but not required Why Join Lukka?Are you looking for a challenge?
