They’re looking for a Data Engineer in Poland.This is a brand-new role, with plenty of ownership and the chance to shape processes from the ground up.Why join?Work on data integrations with systems like Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, BigQuery.Heavy use of Python + SQL (Snowflake), REST APIs, troubleshooting.Real influence on processes – from CI/CD for integration code to data quality standards.Startup pace, Slack-first (95% Slack / 5% email).What you’ll doBuild & maintain API / iPaaS integrations (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).Write & optimize SQL queries (Snowflake).Debug sync failures, payload mismatches, broken endpoints.Partner with engineers & product – ensuring only the data that matters gets ingested.Introduce lightweight guardrails (code review, CI/CD) and bring order to the chaos.You areAn engineer with 3–5 years of experience (Data or Software).Fluent in Python + REST APIs.A pro in SQL (Snowflake is a big plus).Familiar with iPaaS / ETL tools (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalents).Comfortable in low-process environments, curious, and keen to dive deep into problems.Nice to haveCustomer-facing experience.Knowledge of SSO/SCIM (SAML, OIDC).Startup background, DBT, reverse ETL.Location & hoursPoland – fully remote.Standard European working hours.No on-call duties.
