Data Architect (SQL, Snowflake, Qlik)We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to support and scale enterprise data replication and analytics platforms. The role focuses on operational excellence, data reliability, and high availability across SQL Server, Qlik Replicate, Snowflake, and Azure environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ownership of Qlik Replicate, including monitoring, alerting, SLOs, runbooks, and response automationEnsuring data reliability and consistency through completeness checks, reconciliations, and incident managementDesigning, testing, and maintaining HA/DR procedures (failover/failback) for SQL Server AlwaysOn / Availability GroupsPerformance optimization, including latency tuning and capacity planningCoordinating with DBA teams to define and enforce standards (log backups, retention, CDC indexing, long transaction handling, governance)Supporting Azure operational activities such as monitoring, alerting, alerting, and centralized log aggregationCollaborating with Data Engineers to align CDC priorities with downstream data usageMust-Have SkillsStrong knowledge of SQL Server internals (transaction log, backups, truncation, troubleshooting, AlwaysOn / AG)Hands-on experience with CDC / log-based data replicationQlik Replicate expertise (task design, monitoring, notifications, latency troubleshooting)Snowflake operational fundamentals (data loading, staging, performance tuning, cost awareness)Azure operational experience (monitoring, alerting, centralized logging)Advanced SQL skillsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Qlik Compose, dbt, or data warehouse modeling toolsKnowledge of alternative CDC solutions (Debezium/Kafka, GoldenGate, Fivetran HVR)Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform)Familiarity with data quality frameworks (e.g. Great Expectations)BenefitsMedicover healthcare packageMultisport cardAccess to an e-learning platformGroup life insuranceOffer DetailsB2B contractHourly rate: 180–210 PLN/hourOpportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise-grade data platformsCollaboration with experienced cloud, data, and DBA teams
