Your responsibilities Customer service for a well-known clothing brand and maintaining the highest quality of customer service in line with project standards Efficient customer contact through phone, email, social media, live chat Positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customers Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer questions and problems Active communication within the team and support for team members Supervising complaints and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Maintaining high quality of assigned tasks in customer contact Our requirements Ukrainian skills - minimum C1, English skills - minimum B2 (both verbal and written) Experience in customer service or similar work is preferred Excellent computer skills Availability for shift work: Monday - Friday 8:00-16:00/11:00-19:00 and weekends 9:00-17:00 (work 5 days a week, only 3 weekend days a month) What we offer Contract of mandate - hourly wage 32,68 PLN gross An attractive bonus of up to 750 PLN gross – you have a real influence on the amount of your salary!
