Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior customer service, logistics or operations leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector., , Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Proficiency in additional languages (such as French, Spanish, or Italian) will be considered a valuable asset., • Customer Focus: Deep commitment to providing exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction., • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities., • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities., • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management. Ability to work in an international, matrix organisation, • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with ERP systems, customer support software, and process automation tools., • Change Management: Experience in driving transformation, process standardization and customer support projects.
