Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or similar role., Very good English and German language proficiency (B2 level or higher)., Working experience with ERP systems would be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or similar)., Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) ., Highly motivated and proactive approach., Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work under time pressure., Open-minded team player, able to work independently when needed.
