Zakres obowiązków Job scope: Lead the analytical agenda for CRM, loyalty, digital campaigns, and budget performance, including coupon effectiveness, pricing impact, and sales analytics Design and monitor KPIs across acquisition, retention, churn, CLV, and budget efficiency metrics Develop segmentation models and test‑and‑learn frameworks to optimize targeting, offers, and spend allocation Partner with business and marketing teams to translate data, financial insights, and performance trends into strategic actions Ensure timely delivery of dashboards and insights, covering both customer behavior and budget utilization Build and evolve a customer analytics framework that integrates behavioral, financial, and campaign data Analyze shopping behavior and segmentation to inform pricing, promotions, and loyalty strategy Deliver CRM and marketing insights, including budget optimization recommendations across channels and campaigns GI Group Poland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
