Hi!We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/RTV equipment. We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers. Tasks: 📌Provide technical support to equipment users.Diagnose and resolve technical problems.Providing information on products and their functionality.Entering requests into the system. Our requirements: 💎​Fluency in Croatian.Good command of English.Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).Communicativeness, willingness to learn.Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00. We recruit remotely!
