3–5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or marketing automation, ideally in retail or e-commerce., University degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field., Fluent English for daily communication in an international environment., Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Selligent, LAYA) and e-commerce solutions (e.g. Magento)., Strong project management skills and experience working across multiple markets and systems., Confidence in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable CRM improvements., A collaborative mindset, High level of independence, structure, and attention to detail., Proactive, solution-oriented approach in a dynamic, international environment., Additional CEE language(s) are a strong asset.
