Fluent in English (German or French is a plus), 1-2 years of experience working in accounting positions (Accounts Receivable/Credit Control experience desired), Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Experience in handling high volume account portfolios and balancing multiple priorities, Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills, Persistency and ‘can do’ attitude, Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of the team, Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, Appropriate handling of confidential information, Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure, Proven track of working in multinational environment dealing with internal and external customers
