WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE  

As a Copywriter, you’ll contribute fresh ideas and write compelling stories that bring brands to life. Your day-to-day will include: 

  • Working collaboratively with strategists, designers, creative directors, and art directors across a variety of powerful campaigns and projects that make real impact for clients.
  • Thinking conceptually to translate complex strategic approaches into accessible creative concepts.
  • Creating emotive and compelling work that can be deployed across all channels.
  • Crafting distinct brand voices and creating guidelines and processes that help non-writers implement consistent and engaging copy.
  • Balancing multiple clients and projects simultaneously and delivering within deadlines.
  • Selling ideas, gaining consensus, and responding to feedback in meaningful ways.
  • Growing and gaining opportunities quickly in a fast-faced agency environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM  

  • 3-5 years of experience at a branding or advertising agency.
  • Undergraduate degree, bonus if it’s in English, Creative Writing, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates an ability to think conceptually and execute across channels.
  • Curiosity and drive to immerse yourself in our clients’ businesses and push creative boundaries.
  • Expert command of grammar and style.
  • Proficiency in both short and long form copy.
  • Keen editorial eye and attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
