Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable field, 4+ years of experience in Finance or Controlling, ideally within an industrial environment, Deep understanding of Accounting and Controlling processes, Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication in English, Strong communication skills in an international environment, Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, Strong service and performance orientation with a proactive mindset, Ability to manage time-sensitive, critical processes effectively, Advanced skills in SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA, Experience with consolidation tools (e.g., Oracle HFM), German or Polish language skills could be a plus, Experience in process standardization and harmonization initiatives, Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
