Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field., Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a GBS Shared Service Centre environment within Finance, ideally in Record to Report, though this is not mandatory., Very good command of English, min. B2 level., Very good command of Polish and French is a nice to have ., Strong knowledge of local corporate and income taxes, local GAAP, and US GAAP., Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle), including usage and implementation., Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access (advanced Excel skills required)., Strong positive attitude and proactive approach., Creative thinker with an “out of the box” mindset., Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and perfection.
