Let’s find out below!What type of people are we looking for?A freelance Content Manager who is comfortable working with clear, client-defined briefsSomeone who prioritizes efficient execution and delivery over creative concept developmentA strong task-doer who enjoys structured work and well-defined requirementsA person who has no issue with limited room for creativity and prefers process, organization, and claritySomeone reliable, detail-oriented, and focused on meeting deadlinesA team player who communicates clearly and keeps projects moving forward What skills and experience are crucial for us?Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for assigned deliverablesExperience coordinating offline and digital promotional materials (e.g. posters, menus, brochures, programs)Ability to work with creative teams (designers, copywriters) and oversee production processesConfidence in collecting, structuring, and communicating feedback, as well as ensuring revisions are implementedFamiliarity with project management tools (knowledge of ClickUp, Miro, or Slack is a strong plus)Ability to work independently in a flexible freelance model (approx. 30–40 hours per month, mainly between 9:00–17:00)Experience in the hospitality & leisure industry is a nice-to-haveAnd it’s not the end!
