Key tasks:

Consultant Transformation and Turnaround (all humans)

You will provide hands-on Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring advice to clients, helping them address their complex business challenges to drive significant performance improvement and organizational change.

For us, this means putting ourselves in our clients' shoes and developing pragmatic, actionable solutions. We see ourselves as an extension of the client's management team, working on their most pressing issues.

• Liquidity planning, monitoring, financial modeling
• Insolvency audit (planning and retrograde/forensic)
• Integrated corporate planning within the scope of restructuring reports
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with BRL's auditing, legal and tax advisory services
• Orientation towards relevant IDW auditing standards
• Project responsibility for the implementation of restructuring reports (IDW S6)
• Crisis and project management on site

Your Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 1+ years of proven consulting experience with a with a commercial background (restructuring, performance improvement, value creation, private equity or related areas)
• Sound experience in the areas of reorganization, restructuring or insolvency administration, preferably also from the industry- controlling
• Industry experience in logistics, automotive, manufacturing, e-commerce, construction or industrial services preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication skills and a confident manner with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Hands-on approach to project execution
• Fluent in German and Englisch
