The role focuses on delivering high-quality, timely project outputs through analytical work, problem solving and supporting the development of more complex solutions. You may also lead small workstreams within larger projects.Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 3–5 years of relevant experience (consulting, analytics, research, business operations or life sciences environment). Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams. Understanding of core business processes and organisational dynamics. Knowledge of consulting methodologies, analysis tools and structured problem-solving. Awareness of trends, competitors and regulatory influences in the life sciences sector. Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to prioritise effectively. Responsibilities Analyse client requirements and challenges; support creation of proposals and solution designs. Prepare detailed documentation, specifications and client-ready deliverables. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform insights and recommendations. Develop structured presentations tailored to client needs. Present deliverables where required, following established frameworks and methodologies. Build consulting expertise and deepen market knowledge through ongoing learning. Collaborate closely with Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers and Principals across multi-disciplinary project teams.
