Your responsibilities Administer and coordinate salary review processes and bonus pay cycles Manage employee benefits programs, including market research, benchmarking, and the implementation of new offerings Participate in compensation market surveys as well as job evaluation and job mapping activities Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and perform data analysis related to compensation and benefits Draft, update, and maintain Compensation & Benefits policies and broader HR policies Act as a Center of Expertise (CoE), providing guidance and support to managers on Total Rewards-related matters Our requirements Relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits administration and data analysis Experience working in a multinational environment and supporting multiple locations Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables Working knowledge of HR systems Fluency in English, both written and spoken Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and confident presentation skills What we offer Work in a remote or hybrid model Opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative, and international environment Private medical care, training budget, and language course support Extra days off for your birthday, volunteering, and wellbeing initiatives Modern office facilities with a collaborative and friendly atmosphere
