Extensive experience in Commercial Finance Director / Finance Business Partnering roles within complex, multinational environments, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector, Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate credibly at Director / ExCo level, Strong analytical capability, including experience working with large data sets and advanced analytical tools, Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; Master's degree; Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA will be considered an advantage, Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, Ability to translate complex financial themes into clear, commercially relevant recommendations, High resilience, integrity and comfort in ambiguity, Retail / consumer sector experience beneficial but not required, Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance and reporting systems; ERP/WMS exposure desirable, Fluent Polish & English (written and spoken)
