4+ years of experience in a similar role or within the cybersecurity domain., Good understanding and experience with security principles and cybersecurity concepts., Knowledge of operating system administration (Linux and/or Windows)., Understanding of cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts., Familiarity with cloud security topics such as IAM and network security., Knowledge of network protocols, routing, and firewalls., Experience in business analysis and process management., Understanding of risk assessment processes and frameworks., Ability to perform root cause analysis and manage problem-solving processes., Strong sense of proactivity and ownership., Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively., Excellent communication skills., Willingness to work from the office in Gdańsk twice a week., Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure security tools (e.g., WIZ, Sentinel)., Experience in cloud infrastructure management., Identity Management experience (LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD).
