You will work on innovative chatbot platforms, integrating GenAI and LLM technologies in a professional, agile environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Conversational AI / chatbot solutionsIntegrate GenAI / LLM models into chatbot platformsDevelop and integrate API / REST interfaces for chatbot and MCP systemsConnect chatbots to Multi Channel Platform (MCP) systemsDevelop complex conversational AI modulesEnsure secure, scalable, and GDPR-compliant solutionsMonitor, log, and optimize chatbot and AI applicationsParticipate in agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban)Prepare technical documentation and perform code reviewsMust-have RequirementsExtensive experience developing Conversational AI / chatbots using Cognigy (minimum 2 reference projects)Proven experience integrating GenAI / LLMs into chatbot platforms (minimum 2 project examples)Experience developing and integrating API / REST interfaces for chatbot and MCP systems (minimum 2 references with technology descriptions)Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps tools (e.g. Git, automated deployment; minimum 1 reference project)Experience connecting to Multi Channel Platform (MCP) systems (minimum 1 project)Experience in developing complex chatbot or conversational AI modules (minimum 1 project)Hands-on experience with GenAI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI; minimum 2 references)Experience with monitoring and logging solutions for chatbot and AI applicationsExperience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban; minimum 3 projects or relevant certification)Strong skills in technical documentation and code reviews (samples may be requested)Experience developing secure and GDPR-compliant interfaces (minimum 1 reference)German language skills at B1 level or higherWe OfferFully remote workB2B contractOpportunity to work on innovative AI and chatbot projectsCollaboration with experienced international teamsLong-term project stabilityIf you are interested in working on modern Conversational AI solutions in a remote, professional environment, we look forward to your application.
