Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field., Qualified Actuary (Fellow or equivalent) with at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar area., Proven track record in actuarial change programmes and data management initiatives., Strong understanding of financial systems, actuarial modelling, and data management., Experience in ETL development and data transformation using Python, VBA, and MS SQL; data visualization in Power BI., Good knowledge of platforms: Databricks and WTW Unify; experience with actuarial modelling in RAFM is an asset., Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail., Proven capability to operate within project environments and manage engagement with diverse stakeholders., Ability to translate complex actuarial and technical concepts into actionable business requirements., Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement focus., Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)., Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes., Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
