About This Role: The Tax Administration Call Center is hiring for the position of a fiscal regulatory analyst to co-supervise the call center and the day-to-day operations of the call center. This position will directly supervise staff, run the day-to-day operations of a busy call center, and meet with taxpayers. The supervisor will perform employee evaluations, set goals, mentor, hire, and train new employees.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED plus 5 years of tax experience to include at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Preferences

  • Two to three years of professional call center supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of REV ONE and CashOne.
  • Knowledge of VA Tax Codes, local and state laws
  • Two to three years supervisory experience to include writing evaluations and discussing employee performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and oral communications with the public and internal customers
  • Personal Property taxes, Business License, Business Tangibles, Food & Beverage, Daily rental, Transient Occupancy, and Real Estate Taxes.

Special Requirements

Candidates are required to pass a pre-employment background check.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday – 8:00-4:30pm or 8:30-5:00pm

Hiring Salary Range

$69,186.00 - $90,000
