Background in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally in a B2B tech or IT environment., Familiarity digital technologies and services that drive modern business operations— or a strong willingness to grow in this space., Proven ability to engage decision-makers and align tech solutions with business outcomes., Excellent communication and presentation skills., A structured and data-driven approach to work., Ability to research markets, analyse prospect data, and contribute to performance reports., Fluency in English (daily work in international environments)., Experience working with vendors, consultancies, or digital service providers., Understanding of how digital tools — from smart analytics to secure platforms — can solve real-world business problems., Familiarity with CRM systems (like Pipedrive) and sales engagement tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)., A curiosity about emerging tech and how it shapes industries.
