Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth clients.
  • Develop and nurture strategic referral sources, including financial advisors, attorneys, and CPAs, in the Northeast Ohio region.
  • Create and execute a targeted business development strategy to achieve strategic growth targets.
  • Act as brand ambassador to expand our visibility and footprint.

Relationship Management:

  • Deepen relationships with clients and professional partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to introduce additional services to clients, aligning our offerings with their evolving needs.

The Right Candidate Will:

  • Bring 10+ years of experience in wealth management and business development.
  • Have a deep understanding of relationship management and client engagement.
  • Possess a strong network within the Northeast Ohio business community.
  • Have the drive and presence to grow client relationships and expand assets under management.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Be excited about building something—not just filling a seat.
