Business Development Executive position in Warszawa focused on B2B sales in the Food & Beverage industry. Requires minimum 2 years experience, fluent English, and willingness to travel.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in industrial machinery, automation, or inspection systems. Experience in the food industry is a strong plus., Proactive, goal-oriented with a hunter mindset and strong relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and reliable – you move things forward even when others slow down., Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales involving multiple stakeholders., Comfortable operating at the intersection of technical and commercial topics., Experience working with CRM systems – especially HubSpot., Professional-level English (written and spoken) for business communication. German is a strong advantage; additional languages (e.g., French, Dutch) are a plus., Availability to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
