English and Polish at minimum B2 level, Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics / Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field., Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data preparation, formulas, and pivot tables, Strong interest in financial reporting, consolidation, and data validation, Basic experience or strong interest in Power BI or other reporting / dashboard tools, Ability to work with structured datasets and large volumes of data, High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and consistency, Strong organizational and time-management skills, Ability to communicate numbers and data clearly, Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
