In our Asset Management department, we are building the future of the asset management reporting solution. With our approach of a centralized data solution, we are tackling one of the largest issues in the industry - enabling proper data management by capturing various data sources, cleansing and enriching with a focus on making data and reporting simple.

For this, we are seeking a talented and experienced Regulatory Reporting Expert , either as a Business Analyst (m/f/d) or Product Owner (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team and shape the future development of our regulatory reporting solution.

Your responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in designing and building our new reporting platform based on the latest technologies. Your input will help change our large client base to achieve clean data and regulatory compliance.
As part of our dynamic team of regulatory experts and product developers, you can rely on our deep understanding of the various regulatory frameworks, so can focus on delivering best-in-class solutions.

• Close cooperation within the Product Management team, with the goal of establishing a culture of innovation and agility in response to regulatory changes.
• Applying and sharing extensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape, including specifically Solvency and CRR regulations and other holdings-related reports.
• Analysis of complex customer requirements and implementation of solutions in collaboration with highly motivated colleagues.
• Clarifying requirements and communicating with internal and external parties to ensure that requirements are properly understood before development begins
• Definition of key workflows, edge cases, acceptance criteria and their clear documentation
• Prioritising work items and communicating with developers
• Supporting the development team, answering questions and defining missing requirements

Your ticket:

• Above-average (university) degree in a technical, scientific or financial subject or a comparable qualification
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position
• Experience in modelling business processes and design techniques
• Practical experience in working with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and willingness to assume responsibility for a sub-module or an entire project
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Team player and enjoy working with other team members
• Good organisational skills and very good time management
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good English language skills, both spoken and written; German language skills are a benefit
