They are related mainly to international personal income taxes ( GMS – Global Mobility Services) and management of human resources. As an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the lifecycle of a specific product, with focus on data strategy and reporting. You will be instrumental from the initial stages of gathering requirements to the final stages of deployment and user training. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage a product’s evolution, enhancing its value and impact.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment of project plans with all stakeholders, facilitating smooth interactions between business users and technical teams
• Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements, translating them into detailed implementation specifications
• Actively manage and refine the backlog, plan sprints, and oversee development stages in an Agile environment
• Work closely with Development and Quality Assurance teams to uphold the quality of delivered software
• Assist integration teams during client onboarding and conduct user training sessions to demonstrate software functionality
• Coordinate enhancements and support for Calendar, PWD, RWA, and Trip Import functionalities
