Join our team as a Streaming Technical Support Specialist and help deliver seamless, high-quality live sports experiences to fans worldwide. You’ll play a crucial role in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining the streaming infrastructure that powers GeniusLive and third-party broadcasts, ensuring reliability, automation, and continuous improvement across our global streaming operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: \* Configure, optimize, and maintain streaming setups for GeniusLive and external providers \* Build templates and propose automations to improve efficiency and streamline workflows \* Manage API integrations and develop alerting and logging rules to ensure streaming reliability \* Maintain and expand the Knowledge Base with up-to-date documentation and recurring technical solutions \* Train and mentor team members on streaming technologies, tools, and best practices \* Identify operational and skill gaps, and lead improvement initiatives through training and automation \* Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to translate technical updates into clear, actionable information
