THE WORK

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise virtualization platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability across complex environments.

• Work with technologies such as VMware vSphere, Nutanix and virtual networking to support business-critical workloads.

• Configure and manage virtualization platforms, including clustering and vMotion/Live Migration.

• Monitor CPU, memory, and storage utilization to ensure optimal performance and capacity planning.

• Manage templates, snapshots, backups, and virtual networking components.

• Collaborate with storage, network, and OS teams to ensure seamless infrastructure integration.

• Ensure compliance with security standards, patching policies, and disaster recovery readiness.Contribute to automation efforts for provisioning and management using tools like PowerCLI, Ansible, or Terraform.
