As a Team Lead, you will:
Leading a software development team and projects: - Inspiring and motivating your team while supporting their growth and development
Ensure your team has the resources to succeed – like tech, competencies & capacity
Keep an eye on your team’s performance and always look for ways to make things better
Staying on top of the finances, incl. monthly billing and reporting
Being the go-to person for communication, keeping everyone in the loop and building good relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Building strong partnerships with the client and exploring future opportunities together
Supporting the Business Unit Leader in sales and attracting new clients by drafting offers and other related tasks when needed
Collaborating on developing and enhancing Helmes’ tools, processes, and best practices
Your key responsibilities include:
Inspire, motivate, and support your team’s growth and development
Ensure your team has the necessary resources, including technology, skills, and capacity, to succeed
Monitor team performance and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
Manage financial aspects, including monthly billing and reporting
Build lasting partnerships with clients and actively explore future collaboration opportunities
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication, fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
