Main Responsibilities

• Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across our website;
• Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs;
• Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way;
• Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity and ease of use for end users;
• Work closely with engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics & other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations;
• Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience. Gross Salary 3100 - 6000 EUR/Month
