For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for: BizDevOps Manager BizDevOps Manager plays a key role in transforming our principles into action for the Unit delivering technology enabled offerings:  Customer-First Approach: Lead with a focus on the customer experience – prioritizing business outcomes throughout the end-to-end value chain. Maximize value for the customer by driving decisions and actions that directly impact their experience End-to-End Decision-Making and Accountability: Enable empowered decision-making as close as possible to the desired outcomes. Efficiency and Simplicity: Design processes, systems, and operations for speed and simplicity Transparency and Trust: Foster radical transparency and increase alignment between IT and business outcomes to create an environment of trust and ensure a more collaborative approach Engineering Talent, Competency, and Skills: Maximize mission work by building a skill-based organization that encourages fluidity of talents across different teams and emphasizes higher quality outcomes  BizDevOps Manager leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the skills, behaviors, and practices to activate these principles. They understand business as well as engineering and can operate on all levels in the organization. They have a cross-domain scope and therefore are able to challenge decisions and coach both technical and non-technical people. Key Responsibilities:  Lead the Managed Apps PH-CH Unit in the implementation of applicable DSO practices and methods Observe and recognize opportunities to further develop behaviors/skills that improve teams' agility Provide guidance and coaching on our new ways of working (e.g. Product Owner mindset) Mentor Product Owners and Product Managers to raise the overall competency across the organization Run and manage agile ceremonies such as quarterly business planning, roadmap creation, and vision Partners and advise the Unit Lead on organizational designs, process and culture changes that enable business agility. Commitment to a focus on continuous improvement of our business to technical delivery adapted to constantly evolving business and organization changes Partner with the Unit and Squad Leads and lead critical DSO-enabling initiatives for the Unit (e.g. Private Cloud Evacuation, Application Verticalization, Decoupling of Shared Environments) Provide high-touch consulting to help teams develop and apply the behaviors/skills, don’t just teach. Coach them until they're able to demonstrate the behaviors/skills on their own Coach teams to develop rapidly by testing and learning different techniques with a 'Safe to Try' mentality  Required Qualifications:   Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-7 years of IT industry or equivalent experience Experience leading/guiding people  and/or project level leadership experience 2-3 years of experience working with or leading agile teams Experience with agile tools and techniques. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels, including senior leadership teams.
