Remote:PL/ Portugalii/ Spain/ UKMandatory Skills:8+ years of hands-on experience in OSIsoft/AVEVA PI System (PI Server, PI AF, PI Vision, PI Data Archive).Strong knowledge of PI InterfacesKey Responsibilities:-PI System Development & Customization-Design, develop, and configure PI tags, PI AF (Asset Framework), and PI Event Frames.-Build and deploy PI Vision dashboards, reports, and advanced visualizations.-Develop custom PI interfaces, connectors, and data integrations with third-party systems (ERP, MES, DCS, SCADA, historians).-Automate workflows using PI SDK, PI AF SDK, and PI Web API.-System Administration & Support-Provide L2/L3 support for AVEVA PI environments.-Monitor system health, performance, and security of PI Servers.-Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data collection, processing, and visualization.-Manage upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery activities.-Integration & Data Management-Integrate PI with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).-Collaborate with OT/IT teams for seamless data flow between control systems and enterprise applications.-Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with company standards.-Stakeholder Management & Documentation-Work closely with business users to understand requirements and deliver value-added solutions.-Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and training material for end-users.-Provide mentorship to junior engineers and guide best practices in PI system usage.Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years of hands-on experience in OSIsoft/AVEVA PI System (PI Server, PI AF, PI Vision, PI Data Archive).-Strong knowledge of PI Interfaces, Connectors, and DataLink.-Experience with PI AF SDK, PI Web API, C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python for automation and customization.-Solid understanding of Industrial Automation Systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, OPC).-Proficiency in SQL Server, relational databases, and data modeling.-Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex PI system issues.-Experience in system upgrades, high availability, and disaster recovery.-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
