We are looking for an experienced NICE Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in the NICE Automation Platform (NICE RPA). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions, primarily for contact center and enterprise processes. This role strictly requires practical experience with NICE Automation tools. Profiles with only other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) without NICE experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using NICE RPA • Build attended and unattended bots • Automate contact center processes and agent desktop activities • Integrate NICE automations with:• CRM systems• Web & desktop applications• Databases and APIs• Handle exception management, logging, and bot monitoring • Optimize existing automations for performance and reliability • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and automate processes • Provide production support and troubleshooting for NICE automations • Prepare technical documentation and process flow diagrams Mandatory Skills• Hands-on experience with NICE Robotic Automation (NICE RPA) • Strong understanding of NICE Automation Platform • Experience in contact center automation • Knowledge of:• Attended & unattended automation• Process orchestration & scheduling• Error handling and debugging• Working experience with Excel, emails, PDFs, web & desktop automation • Basic understanding of SQL / databases Good to Have• Experience with NICE CXone / NICE Engage • API integrations • Exposure to ITIL / support processes • Banking, insurance, or BPO domain experience Preferred Candidate• Immediate or short-notice joiner• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
