Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent)., Minimum 3 years of experience with UiPath or other RPA technologies, including design and deployment of complex automations., Hands-on experience in Python development (automation scripts, AI/ML workflows); familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or AI frameworks is a plus., Knowledge of object-oriented programming in languages such as Java, C#, Golang, or JavaScript., Understanding of Agentic Automation concepts and ability to integrate AI components into automation workflows., Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business processes into technical solutions., Good written and verbal communication skills (English B2 or higher)., Basic understanding of business processes and their optimization through automation.
