2+ years of experience as an IoT / Automation Engineer, Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, Modbus, M-Bus, REST), Basic understanding of electronics (sensors, power supply, communication modules), Willingness to work with hardware, not only code, Experience with industrial and energy standards (SunSpec, IEEE 2030.5), Knowledge of building and industrial protocols (BACnet, OPC UA, SCADA), Experience with embedded devices (ESP32, Arduino), Basic DevOps knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana), Energy qualifications enabling to work with electricity up to 1kV
