Responsibilities: Analysis of issues, troubleshooting technical and substantive problems related to the functioning of Atlassian systems and their plugins/scripts; Defining, analyzing, and implementing new technical solutions (projects); Collaborating with users on process automation and optimization; Collaborating with users in creating and/or modifying reports, dedicated workflows, and dashboards. Requirements: Higher education in IT, mathematics, or a related field; Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.; Familiarity with the Atlassian SDK; Familiarity with the most popular extensions from the Atlassian Marketplace; Strong analytical thinking skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate precisely with business and IT team representatives; Problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly; Experience as an Atlassian applications administrator.
