Responsibilities:Process Oversight – Lead the execution of Corporate Actions processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory standardsPerformance Monitoring & Optimization – Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team efficiency. Use data-driven insights to identify process gaps and implement improvementsTechnical & Strategic Expertise – Apply in-depth knowledge of asset servicing operations to guide decision-making, shape process enhancements, and support business objectivesContinuous Improvement & Risk Mitigation – Drive automation, efficiency initiatives, and cost optimization while proactively addressing control weaknesses and operational risksTeam Training & Development – Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure team readiness, support onboarding, and promote best practicesStakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners, facilitating clear communication and effective collaborationProblem Solving & Decision Making – Analyze complex issues, assess impact, and implement solutions using sound judgment, data, and industry best practicesEffective Communication – Present complex information clearly and diplomatically to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment across all levels Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)4+ years of progressive experience in banking, preferably in roles such as Asset Servicing Specialist, Project Analyst, or Data/Operations AnalystStrong knowledge of investment instruments (equities, fixed income, asset-backed securities, etc.)Proven track record in operational process improvement, risk mitigation, or workflow automationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teamsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, solve complex problems, and make sound recommendationsAbility to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-changing environmentVery good command of English (oral and written)Nice to have:Experience with Corporate Actions and/or Securities Settlement is a strong advantage Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
