Wymagania
Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or related field., 5+ years in asset management, maintenance, or reliability within industrial sectors., Strong knowledge of ISO 55000, RCM, risk‑based maintenance, and reliability engineering., Hands‑on experience with EAM/CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor) and data/BI tools., Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills., Experience with predictive analytics, digital twins, or advanced condition monitoring., Background in energy, O&G, utilities, chemicals, or heavy manufacturing., Familiarity with IEC/ISO reliability and safety standards.
