• managing and motivating your team
• developing and improving processes and strategies
• supporting your team when troubleshooting the most challenging cases
• designing SOPs and guidelines
• analyzing KPIs when it comes to their impact on business
• being the main Point of Contact for Business and Senior Managers

Wymagania

• at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
• very good English and German (B2/C1)
• experience and solid knowledge of banking products (back office, AML, or KYC experience preferred)
