Zakres obowiązków

• Managing a team of 40-45 employees, including motivating, training, and supporting them in their daily tasks.
• Achieving sales targets and monitoring performance based on KPIs.
• Organizing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and overseeing deliveries.
• Ensuring attractive and brand-compliant product displays.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that arise.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members while providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Analyzing sales results and implementing strategies to optimize performance.

Wymagania

• Proven experience in a management role within fashion retail or large-scale stores
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and customer service standards.
• Experience working with sales plans and KPIs.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of German is an advantage).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
