Zakres obowiązków

• Handle incoming phone calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and caregivers regarding pharmaceutical products.
• Provide accurate information about products based on approved scripts and company guidelines.
• Manage voicemail and email inboxes, responding to product-related inquiries in a timely manner.
• Document all interactions and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Support project-related activities, such as report reconciliation and data review.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Wymagania

• Previous experience in a healthcare-related field (e.g., dietitian, veterinarian, or other roles involving patient or public interaction).
• Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.
• Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and voicemail inquiries on a daily basis.
• Ability to participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing project activities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Language Requirements: multilingual candidates are preferred, with a focus on German and French. Other languages like Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and English are also important.
