Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Client Onboarding AnalystResponsibilities:Manage customer interactions throughout the onboarding lifecycle, including documentation handling, review, issuance, and system setupEnsure timely and accurate delivery of all account maintenance activities while providing exceptional customer service and issue resolutionLead and support various projects within the account services area, maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teamsConsistently meet or exceed service level expectations, ensuring high-quality and efficient service deliveryMaintain full compliance with internal controls, policies, regulations, procedures, and operational guidelinesBuild and sustain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth communication and prompt handling of inquiries, issues, and requirementsAccurately interpret and implement client requirements, supporting new customer initiatives and changesMonitor client satisfaction and service performance, proposing and driving process enhancements and innovative solutionsOperate with a high degree of autonomy, applying independent judgment in day-to-day decision-makingPromote a strong risk and control culture through rigorous adherence to established checkpoints and control processes Requirements:2–3 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, or related roles within financial institutionsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly motivated, resilient, and capable of working in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, and high-risk environmentFast learner with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving; willing to go the extra mileProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsSkilled in managing urgent and escalation cases while maintaining professional expectations with clients and internal partnersProficient command of English, both written and spokenBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral programSalary7 500 - 8 000 PLNGross per month - Permanent70 - 80 PLNNet per month - B2B
