This role combines project leadership, technical understanding, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality AI and data solutions from concept to production.What we offer:A B2B cooperation model with Get IT Together.Long-term cooperation.Remote work model.Access to all necessary work tools.Opportunity to work in international environment, on projects for a fast-growing, AI-innovation-based startup.Continuous professional development and growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data and AI solutions.Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to assess feasibility, define scope, and support pre-sales activities.Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and quality controls supporting AI-driven workflows.Develop, validate, and enhance datasets, including synthetic data used for model training and testing.Support deployment and operationalisation of machine learning solutions in production environments.Resolve technical challenges, optimise existing processes, and improve delivery efficiency.Contribute to the evolution of internal standards, tools, and methodologies.Identify opportunities to extend project scope and add long-term value for clients.Required Skills & Experience:At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, data engineering, or closely related roles.Strong command of Python and SQL, with practical experience using analytical and visualization libraries such as pandas, Plotly, Streamlit, or Dash.Experience working with machine learning systems, including model deployment and evaluation.Ability to work with APIs and interpret technical documentation effectively.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficient English and international working experience.
